Nowadays more and more businesses enter the world of social media. Although, this entrance for the most of the businesses is nothing but a waste of time and labor. Those who are responsible for the management of the social media platforms have to take a step back and before they open a Facebook or a Twitter or A LinkedIn account to wonder why they do it and what messages want to make clear to their customers. If the content you give to your customers isn’t useful or interesting it would be like you giving content to your dog! It won’t have no retribution to your business.

Although you can dedicate a separate part of the platform to socialization in order for some to avoid it if they don’t find it necessary.
When the companies lower their budgets ,then they have to show creativity and inventiveness at the same time in order to use better their available money. Luckily, doing more stuff with less money doesn’t necessarily means that you will have less customers.
Instead of lowering the ratio of a TV commercial you might have invest on, think about moving from TV commercials to the less costly radio commercials without changing the ratio of the message.
Create different versions of your commercials which intended for different markets or sectors, instead of having a different commercial for every market.

If you make them simple , it is very possible to save money and also to increase the pleasure both of the customer and also of your employees.

From a theoretical perspective it might be this, but a business isn’t only theory. It is actions and practicality. Supply and demand in business means knowing people’s needs.
In simple words: Supply and demand -> Understanding human behavior.
Whatever your business is, it doesn’t matter if it is a sports store or a book store, if you’re doctor or even if you don’t own a store and you are a blogger or entrepreneur at your craft, you have to ask yourself what your customers or viewers need and want to have. What they need at this very moment and for the next five, ten years? You have to put yourself in their position, see from their perspective and find what they want and what they demand. Then find a way to supply it to them. Period .

The only thing you have to do in a first place is to follow the rules of supply and demand. It’s not accidental the fact that the biggest entrepreneurs like Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Steve Jobs beside from having a strong WHY when they start their new ideas and businesses they also had a great perception about human behavior. They could understand what people-market needed. This is exactly what supply and demand is.
Most of the times as human beings we are terribly greedy. We think we can do everything and beat who ever we want, but we don’t realize that the only competition that really exists is us.
As a manager or a businessman or an entrepreneur or a singer or anything else that you imagine yourself to be, you have to realize that happiness comes from self-improvement and not from your field’s competition. You have to outwork yourself first and then day by day, month by month, year by year you will realize that you will be top at your craft without competing anyone.
And of course as a manager you have to do the exact same thing everyday:
‘’Wake up every morning and say: How can I make OUR company better today than it was yesterday? What can I do to improve OUR team? How can WE improve our product this month than the product we had the previous month?’’ “Make sure the work you’re producing is better than the work you produced before. You are your competition.
And once you realize that, it’s 100% that you will stay more in the game and find more joy from what you doing. Because joy doesn’t come by comparing your work with someone else’s work. It comes from self-advancement.
The best way to experience life is by making your own choices and following your own path. You have to do what you really want to do without the fear of failure. YOUR BEST IS GOOD ENOUGH. No one is perfect ,just do your thing and stop making comparisons or listen to other people’s opinions about your moves. You are who you are and no one can change that. People do not owe anything that’s why you have to go and GRAB your dreams and your opportunities and trust me mistakes are just a part of the process.
