Today I heard about an incident that most of y’all have heard. I’m referring to the partnership mistakes that usually end up to misunderstandings and fights.  Starting a business is not a walk in the park, especially when you want to include colleagues/co-founders in it.

The biggest mistake made by people ready to start their businesses is that first choose the idea and then who they will work with, but that decision could be vital for a business.

When you want to conclude another person to your idea you have to be sure that this person worth it. You have to be 100% sure about him and then you start a business or think of a new idea. And friends are not always the best colleagues. The person that you’re gonna work with must advocate the same values with you.

Don’t be scared to start something new. Step outside your comfort zone, make decisions and do things you really wanna do. Your opinions matters the most! Neither your friends nor your parents will live your life. Advices are very useful about your future but decisions are the most important thing, that’s why you have to MAKE THEM.
